Beauty's Profile

Illustrations done for my graduation project. A profile picture and a sepia-toned history picture. The character is Beauty from the story Beauty and the Beast. I came up with an alternate version of the fairy tale.

(I posted these to the traditional art category because they have been drawn by hand and the first picture is colored by markers, and those were the more time consuming parts. The second picture and the background of the first are computer coloured, but that was only a matter of dropping flat tones.)
